What does "pliable, self recovering" stand for?

Pliable, self recovering pipes are classified 3 in the fifth digit, i. e. the pipes have a maximum deformation of 50% (based on the outside diameter). This permissible deformation reduces the inside diameter by 72%, which means that the inside diameter of a size 25 pipe shrinks from 17.9 mm to 5.0 mm.

What surfaces can the ReMo click rail be mounted on?

The surface for mounting should be dry and dust-free. The temperature should be between 18 °C and 35 °C. The rail has an immediate holding force, its adhesive force, however, is not designed for continuous loads.

All steel and metal conduits - these, however, must be included in the equipotential bonding. Straight length plastic conduits may not be used

General recommendation is 30 %, though max. 50 % acc. to DIN VDE 0100-520, supplementary sheet 1, section 521.6.1 d).

Up to what temperature can conduits (e.g. FFKuS-EM-F, FBY-EL-F) be installed?

All conduits of the FRÄNKISCHE product range have been tested according to DIN-EN 61386, and can be installed and used up to the temperatures specified in the data sheet, e.g. up to -25 °C for FFKuS-EM-F.

Are there branches and/or reducers available for Kabuflex?

Accepted Answer

No, our range of products does not include branches or reducers for Kabuflex. Pull shafts can be used to branch out Kabuflex; for some nominal diameters it is sometimes also possible to use a branch from the Drainage area. This solution, however, is not technically intended.

Is Kabuflex suitable for jetting of cables?

Accepted Answer

Pressure up to 12 bar can develop during jetting; the Kabuflex product is not suitable for that. The pipe with a coupling connection has been tested for leak-tightness up to 0.5 bar.
